Hey guys, i bought this less than a year ago and realized i'd rather have a rack on my daily driven Cooper S. Bars + Feet w/ locks (1 key)

Asking $160. I know these are in worse condition than most so i'm open to offers but it really wouldn't take much to make these look nice again.
I'd rather not ship them and the bars are located in the Lehigh Valley right now but i'd be willing to drop off also near Willow Grove, PA or Trenton/Ewing area in NJ
