Tan Leather Rear Ski-Pass seat With Headrests

I have a rear leather seat in tan. It has a ski pass as well as rear headrests.
The headrests are splitting at the seams in the back.

Overall condition of seat is 7/10. It is a little dirty and small forming cracks.
