there is a small rock impact/crack in the driver's high beam lens. it did not crack through the lens, and it passed inspection.
all adjusters intact and like mentioned, pigtails are included. no broken tabs (though i noticed one developed a small crack so i plastic welded it before i mounted it and that did the trick)
