E30 Carbon fiber radiator covers

OK so I'm doing a very limited run for E30 carbon fiber radiator covers. limited as in around 10 only. These things take a lot of time to make and I need the money to help design more parts for our E30's. its a minimum of 3 days for me to make these and get them shipped out. These are only 2 layers of CF so they are VERY light and have slight flexibility to them so they dont break they will always hold there shape

I've already sold 2 of them. here's the deal it will be $70 shipped anywhere in the US and will include the hardware to install.
the finish will be wet sanded and polished but for more clarity and a better finish you can sand them flat and use some lacquer spray can clear coat on them.

I mentioned it before but I'll restate it just so people know what to expect. These radiator covers are made with epoxy resin and wetsanded and polished but can still be made shinier if you clear coat it.

this is how you can expect it to look without clearcoat.

that is before clear coat, I dont clearcoat any of my carbon fiber I just polish up the epoxy resin. It just takes many hours of wetsanding.

Yes I can not cut out the radiator hose section if you want.

Ok guys going to spend more time getting the finish flat and all purchases that haven't shipped yet will get black plastic washers with them.

here is a better veiw of what future finishes will be like. I wetsand to 1000grit and then polish and wax them. It will be 90% orange peel free but NOT show room car flat. to get it show room car flat you can take some more aggressive grit like 600 and then clear coat it.
