I have a Z4 short shift lever for sale with all the required hardware for installation. I had it installed on my 1991 318is for a little less than a year. It hooked up with no modification. I liked it, but my GF who drives the car more than I do now complained so I swapped it out for a Z3 1.9L shifter. The lever itself is used, but is in good condition and hasn't been modified in any way. When I ordered the Z3 1.9L shifter, I also ordered an extra set of brand new installation hardware, so the spacer rings, rubber bearing sleeve, nylon shift bushing and circlips I'm including are brand new.
