        The damage happened in shipping. He replied back via PM that he will refund me my money within the week but I filed a PP dispute just to be safe.

            Seller hasn't been online since I told him what happened.. he's also not responded to Paypal so most likely I will win the dispute but regardless the OP never refunded me my $100.
