Glws. These are my favorite e30 seats other than houndstooth. Some people may bitch about the price, but I think it is fair and well worth it!

Its hard to find mint seats in fully working condition. My last E30 had mint seats too.. except half of adjusters didn't work. These are 100% fully working.

no thread shitting. $425 is asking price, doesn't mean he is gonna sell ONLY for that price, the market will decide that.

Supply of good condition parts that wear out is getting smaller and smaller. It is becoming difficult to find original parts in excellent condition. Therefore prices are increasing.

No one is making you buy anything if you don't like the price. It is up to the buyer to determine if having original seats in excellent condition is worth $425 or not.

i don't think the asking price is pricey at all. I've been trying to source minty leather sport seats for yrs, and the ones that have popped up were sold in a matter of hrs.

GLWS Mr Slacker....sit on them until u find the right buyer. They're worth every penny.

Wow those are really nice! I too can vouch for knowing how hard it is to find really nice and original interior parts that wear.

Thanks guys. I am pretty sure I have a buyer already... just waiting for my recaro mounts toget here so I can remove these seats. If anything, I am not in a rush to sell them
I will gladly keep them in case I decide to go back to stock seats.

I'm very interested, even at that price, and could meet you in NYC to pick them up. Have they sold?

Are the shocks working? Does the level of condition extend to the underside - clean foam, no rustiness on the metal mesh or the seat rails? How are the backs of the seatbacks holding up, is the vinyl starting to pull away or is it still tight? PM or email me, stephen.hesser@gmail.com. I've had my eye out for black vinyl for awhile now.
