SORRY!
You walk into Autozone and ask them for an alternator, they don't sell you a used one. Therefore this is NEW. Meaning it has been inspected and brought back to "NEW" standards. I never said it was an OEM BMW brand spankin new one and it isn't pulled out of the junkyard with 20+ years of use and abuse.

He's right to question it. Also, most places like Autozone sell re-manufactured AND new.

14812 should fit an early model vert m20, right? I looked it up on o'reilly and it kept showing up even when I selected an 86 base model.
It's not like the vert is an eta or anything, but the belt/pulley size I need might be different.
Any confirmation? I'll buy it if it will work.
