Got one of these in one of my 89 325i cars and it works! Problem is they are more for nostalgic purposes since they don't detect the newer radar bands.

It's a BW brand, still effective in some states, have two, one is in the e30. If you donsome digging there is a ton of info out there about them.

Since he already sold it this isn't a thread crap, I had one of these in my E24 that worked great...at detecting automatic doors. Helps to keep you from speeding around supermarkets and malls.

I agree it's cool, people thought it was awesome in my old shark. Then they'd ask me why I had the Valentine 1 too. And I had to spill the beans that the factory one hadn't detected a cop since 1994 when my local PD got K band
