UPDATE: I will be putting this on hold until i can pull all the parts off. If you've already messaged me and I've spoken to you back the part you requested is practically yours. I'm just a bit overwhelmed and didn't expect this many requests in one day. Sorry about the slight delay.
I picked up a front collision 325is that had 192k and only had cosmetic damage. Motor still ran after collision. Transmission shifts okay, and clutch is still sticking well. Only motor part that was slightly scuffed and beaten up a bit was the radiator and a fan blade has been ripped off. Hood, plastic front bumper, both fenders, and bottom apron are destroyed. As well as the headlights and grilles.
Everything is available besides that! Some goodies that are worth mentioning are the M-Tech 1 steering wheel (i think, someone correct me if not), the short shift nob (looks to be out of a Z3) with the bmw heritage pattern. Bav auto plugs, Map light rear view mirror with lights (out of a newer bmw, can't recall which), IS rear spoiler (could use paint) and working obc and check panel light. 7k working odo dash etc..
Anything and everything in the pictures are available and i'm taking offers of picking up in northern jersey, or shipping (at buyers expense)
Anyway, I'll let the pictures do the talking.

(I don't know if this is salvageable, make me an offer and take it and try. Can't hurt right?)

(The AFM had a welded bracket to a K&N air filter, but the filter is toast.)
(These were all that was salvageable from the headlights. They were smoked e-codes, maybe you can use the lamps inside? I don't know, make an offer. Also an untouched passanger side fog lamp survived.)
Here is what caused the destruction. But i believe the fan clutch is still good.
