The reason the drivers side seat lever does not work for allowing people to get in the backseat is because of the "bowden cable" search it on bimmerforums and you will get DIY's that pop up, a very easy fix once you have the seat out of the car. Sometimes they are just popped out, and sometimes ripped. New cables are not that expensive either.

GLWS either way, sport seats are the way to go!

Oh, post a fs ad on bimmerforums too!
