You finally got em posted them up! good stuff!

I recently bought one from Ben, going into the situation blind as i have never heard of his product NOR even heard of him. A buddy of mine had his skidplate on his car, so i thought "why not?" (especially at that price).

I sent the $$$, and the skidplate was shipped that same day! He offers great customer service, a plate that is heavy duty (14lbs of stainless steel goodness), and would highly recommend this product to anyone!

install was cake, and i have the piece of mind for this coming winter:up:

Forgive my ignorance, but how do these skid plates mount up? Do you have to drill holes into the frame or something?

also, do you have any pics of one installed?

Sorry, m20's only for now. I'll be working on m42's and swap cars next.

The two large holes mount to the steering rack bolts. The smaller holes mount to the core support, there is a flange/pinch weld that you will have to drill holes in, using the skid plate as a template.
As far as pictures go, I had one of these skid plates on my last car when I sold it. I haven't put one on my new car yet, way too many projects. I don't believe I have any pictures of it installed right now. I'll try to do that this weekend.
            Thanks for the interest guys!

looks like a great product. do you plan on venting them like your competitors? or you plan keeping them solid.

Thanks! One of the complaints I see from people with some of the others is that is isn't strong enough. So I'm gonna leave it solid.
