Currently I have an assembled eta motor (m20b27) and g260/5 from my 85' 528e. It was running well and has 170k miles. I also did a compression test before I removed it and all numbers were strong and within 5-7psi of eachother. I parted out the car due to rust issues and removed the engine/tranny which is sitting in my garage.
If there is any interest in parts from this engine, I can disassemble it. For instance if you are looking for the 2.7L crank or rods for a stroker setup. I do not have the shift assembly for the g260/5. It shifted well before I parted the car out.
If there is interest in anything I'll post pictures. The following is what I'd like to get for certain components all prices are OBO.

Rods $17 each
