Complete engine, accessories that are on it, including instake, MAF, TB, all sensors, PS pump, clutch fan, AC to the firewall, flywheel, stock used clutch.
Single-Vanos, may need a Vanos rebuild, engine runs strong despite that. Coil packs and spark plugs replaced approximately 15k ago.
Head was recently rebuilt with approximately 5k miles with a solid MLS head gasket and ARP studs, should be good to 17 psi.
S50 cams are installed and running perfectly, but you will need a chip to take advantage of them, mine was re-programmed for the S50 with 24lb injectors and the 3.5" Bosch MAF.
Milage is between 150 and 160k, I may be able to have details later today.
