Just wanted to update this thread.

Deathtoll emailed me directly and told me the seats were mine. We set up a time on Monday for pickup and everything. Less than 2 hours after this I receive an email that they are no longer for sale and he will contact me "if" he ends up finding replacements. I know technically he hasn't screwed me over in any way but it's just not good practice to agree upon something and go back on your word. That's not how I conduct MYself anyway.
