What does it mount to? I'm local, as it happens, and sort of in the market.

Mounts to diving boards and euro bumpers I believe? I'm pretty sure it would mount to plastic bumpers too considering everything bolts on the same for late and early models.

I'd be mounting it to euro bumpers, but don't see an obvious way that would go down. Does it screw to the sheet metal valence?

I believe so. Not positive. I've never mounted it. I can try and find out though. I mean, it's gotta mount somehow haha
