Simple one. Replaces your digital clock with a cleaner analog one. If you have a non working obc and want to get rid of it, this will slide right in the hole. You'll need the connector from a power mirror to plug in the back in that case. $30 shipped gets it.

do you have to do any wiring to make the rear fogs work?

From what I understand all the wiring is present in the cars. You have to do some "fab" work to make it work OR get the euro pieces for the tail lights.
