When I redid my seat bottoms I was told by many that these are NLA. I ended up finding a friend of a friend that works for BMW that found a few in Germany. I think I payed 330 for two seat bottoms. That included the bolster covers too. I think the price the OP is asking is SPOT ON. Good luck with the sale.
