i have a m52b28 head that came out of a 96 328i..one bolt that connects to the front timing cover stripped so i had to drill it out..but everything else is good on it..i dont really remember the mileage but i think it was around 140k..im wanting 300 plus shipping obo, but if u think that is to high let me know..ill be cleaning the head before shipping..head goes with everything..
