condition of the mirrors 1 -10?

I would say 8ish, nothing major, glass is perfect and it appears they should function fine. wiring looks like it's in good shape. a scuff on the passenger side but could be taken out easily. I just want to go back to stock look, but having an issue now, the plug in the picture is different than the plug on the oem mirrors.
