Yes. The top is in the background. I noticed after I had some interest in it that there was some linkage that was broken. Parts and pieces of it are available but I'm not too sure how to dis-assemble it.

Basically these are the items to make the Top pivot with the motor. I had a motor but the previous owner removed the pieces to make it work - Rods, which I have, but these levers I do not.
