its desinged for 89+ i belive. But my car was in a accident when i first got it. Bought the bar and it didnt fit, have seen 89+ with this bar though.

car much be fairly twisted up for the strut bar not to fit. how off was it?

This has been a highly debated topic, w/ IE claiming that there are 2 slightly different size chassis. I don't buy this, but many people have had problems fitting them. Mine fit fine, though.

My '89 cabby it fit great, of course you have to bend the cruise control to get it down in there, but chassis-wise it fit great, no hammering or the like required for me.
