Everything included but the inner door card (glass, power mirror, lock, motor, trim etc)
No dents and I believe no rust either. I'll have to take another look at the sill again. It didn't have any rust when it got put away 3 years ago.
It was repainted by P.O. maybe 6 years ago so the paint is pretty bright.
