No, BMW M3 (87-91) had different part numbers for the Left and Right side assembly. I think the assemblies and lenses can still be purchased
Left Assembly 63.17.1.381.419
Left Lens 63.17.1.375.067
Right Assembly 63.17.1.381.420
Right Lens 63.17.1.375.068
