Condition of soft top and back seat?

Soft top is in decent shape has two very small holes (1-2mm) where the top creases (one on either side) and the rear window has seen better days but would probably look good with a buff, I know theres some way to get haze or scratches out the plastic. I was planing on refinishing the top by patching the holes and taking the scratches out of the rear window.

The back seat is ripped but I have a very nice Bav Auto cover on it. Its made form thick genuine leather, fits really nice and it retails at some where around 400 for the back and front covers.

The seats are SHOT but they have a nice bav auto cover on them. Added pictures to the first page.
