Three really stupid questions:

Harness-I assume you mean the plug is just snipped? Or is the wire missing completely.

Wires-impulse sensor still on them?

Plug and wire is missing. It's the one from the passenger side of the block to the harness.
No sensors are included with the wires.
O2 is for this harness and engine.
