    FS:E30 Automatic tranny $300 OBO

    I have a perfectly working automatic tranny out of an '89 325i. Its currently in New York and I could sell it there the week of March 25th, or I could bring it back to Delaware the week after that. Up to the buyer. -Thanks, Will

            In HTML (I think-I'm no programmer) / means end. Like when you quote someone it's QUOTE and /QUOTE at the beginning and end.
            The first car I ever rode in was an e30

              end thread.

              you probably won't get more than 50 bucks out of it. members here want 5 speed so automatic transmissions are now deemed autotragic.

                What about those that have a blown auto trans and cant afford to do a 5 speed swap? His asking price is a fraction of what it would cost to rebuild one.

                  true that, good point. but my friend had the hardest time selling one and he let it go for 50 after long.

                    I've had the thing for 3 years, in the last 2 days I read over some threads looking for autos. Figured I'd post it. again if you want it, make me an offer I want to sell it.

                      I don't see it as too crazy an asking price. I had one after my 5 speed swap, and posted it for $100 and sold it in one day. Maybe I got lucky, or maybe I sold it too cheap. I dunno.

                        Easy guys;
                        Mans only been here for a few days.

                        That being said; you MAY have better luck on Craigslist. I ended up selling mine for $100 after 4 months.

                        Most members would rather have their e30s sit after blowing an automatic and do a 5-speed swap after accumulating all the parts after blowing an automatic

                          I figured I would throw it on here before craigslist. Apparently, might have been the wrong move. I don't really care. Anyone interested in the trans, Pm me, We'll work something out.

                            That's my plan when my transmission decides to give out.
