Nice, inexpensive solution to voltage monitoring! I like mine a lot. Thanks jaywood !!
I was able to dim the glare by cutting two small layers of smoked plastic sheeting to fit inside the LED frame, and a tiny dab of silicon sealant in each corner to hold them in place. Typical places for cheap, smoked plastic sheeting....office supply store, craft store, photography store. After I finished, I found some old flat lensed glasses like they give you after a trip to the eye doctor.....those would have been perfect, but too late as I was all done and spent like $4 at the office supply store.

Ok, thanks! planned in using window tint, but didn't think of using the original blank. What did you use for cutting? Power tools or just a sharp knife?

It would be cool to have a panel like this that can display the oil pressure and water temp. Then I wouldnt have to use bulky aftermarket gauges, taking up lots of space.Last edited by lowsodium; 01-06-2014, 10:53 AM.Haven't you ever seen Russian Nesting Dolls? They work like that.
