***KIT IS SOLD***
Hi guys,
I've got my UUC E30 BBK up for sale since the car it was installed on has been sold. I was going to adapt this to my 2002 but I'm going to go Wilwood instead.
Black anodized calipers and rotor hats.
This kit has under 500 miles on it and includes the installed drilled rotors and the installed Hawk HPS pads. I'm also including a brand new set of non-drilled Wilwood rotors and a set of Hawk DTC05 pads.
The rotor hats were trued/machined by me at my shop. The hats were not parallel to the rotors (as new) and had from .012-.017" run out at the outer edge of the rotor. I removed .02" from the face of each rotor hat and they are now within .001".
I also added grooves (by hand with a small file) to hold the outer anti-rattle clip in place on each caliper. UUC machined material from the outer caliper halves *I'm assuming* to add more wheel clearance. This clearance machining removed the outer groove that the anti-rattle clips snap into and allowed the clips to rotate into the rotor. You will not see these grooves when installed and they are not in a critical area that will affect the strength of the caliper.
The stainless/teflon UUC brake line kit is included as well as the original instructions.
The red grease around the caliper pistons is to help protect the pistons as there are no dust boots.
Asking price for everything is $900 OBO. PM me with offers/questions.
