positive they look like theyre sprayed, the s all yellow tint is because of the yewllow housing inside the tail light D.O.T

theres nothing fishy going on anywhere. im trying to send pics form my phone to my email then email to photobucket then photobucket to r3v. and its taking forever. if there is a specific part number you guys know about that i dont please feel free to fill me in and ill post any info...its not a conspiracy..
