I've upgraded my in-car video setup and I'm getting rid of my old system. Included in this sale is an Autopower roll-bar mount and an Aiptek AHD H5 Extreme camera. Includes everything you see here:
The mount bolts solidly to the rollbar and is fully adjustable in all planes. It features a giant urethane shock mount, which really helps stabilize the image. Most important, it meets the "metal-to-metal" rule for camera mounting as specified by the SCCA, NASA, and most other clubs. Every BMW CCA Club Racer I know has one of these mounts in their car.
The camera films true HD video (1080p at 30fps) and outputs to standard SD/SDHC cards. It has a stereo microphone input, so you can actually get some decent sound. Unlike a GoPro, it has an LCD display (3" 16:9) so you can aim it and see what you're shooting. For Mac users, it can output directly to a .MOV file, which is nice if you run iMovie and iPhoto.
I'm asking just $120 shipped for everything. That includes the mount, the HD camera, and the accessories (charger, HDMI cable, and A/V cable). The rollbar mount alone was $125 and the camera was close to $200. Buy the mount and get the camera for free!
