I would have taken the axle off but I don't think I have a large enough socket to pull it off the hub. Only issue. As far as pricing goes I can do that just for the axle. I'll see if my buddy has the socket, PM me your number if you want and I can shoot you a text later and let you know.

The late model when I bought it, came with a trunk full of parts. Hence why I have so many ICV's (more than pictured). I've tested them months ago, but dont remember which was which. In turn their $5; which is what the cost of a burger? If they don't sell.... they go in the trash, simple methods.
