i have the time sert oil pan repair kit that i just finished useing. works great and did it in 20 minutes. it taps the alluminum threads and you put in a steel insert. anyone that has stripped threads, this is the cure. i spent 50 for it (it's about a hundred new) still has 3 inserts left and new ones can be had cheap. i'm looking to get my 50 back plus shipping. use it and pass it on.
