As the title says- I have a pair of Tan leather rear headrests with brackets and round trim pieces to go around the legs of the headrests. Leather is in pretty good condition, no tears. The plastic piping on the back side of each piece is a little wavy, but it's all intact.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this is pretty much a bolt in mod if you have the rear seat back that has a metal/spring frame (not the foam wrapped in leather/vinyl)- the brackets slip into slots in the metal frame, and then bolt down with 2 bolts per side (included).
