It was on my first e30 I'm parting out. The part number says its a E34 oil pan but I don't know from what engine.

I believe you are right. I only say that because in the image I just posted it has what I believe to be the build date of 88/87. If anyone knows if this is the build date please confirm.

No, that's an oil pan for a M20. Based on that you might want to do some research and revise your asking price.

Thanks for the reply. Based on the part number I posted which is on the oil pan it told me it was an E34 oil pan. I could not find any other info on this. Where would you suggest I look for more info on this?

It IS an e34 pan but the one that came with an M20 not an m50 which is the one needed for the swap. Going price for m20 pans is $40-60 .
