Check your door pin switches and make sure they actually move in and out. It looks like a little black nipple on the door frame of the car. Check fuses, and of course the switches on the lights.

Finally got around to installing this yesterday which was amazingly simple.

It is a great upgrade for the e30! I have bright white led lights and the delay and dim really classes up the inside of the e30 like I'm in my 2012 550i!

Also my lights would sometimes flicker when opening the door from a little bit to all the way open, I guess a wonky door switch. No more! With the 20+ second delay the lights go on and stay on without flicker when the door opens.

Great product. Easy install.
