CT 318TI Rear 5 Lug Swap $120 OBO

Not getting much interest on BF.C, so I figure I should join over here. Hopefully someone's looking for a good deal here. All parts besides the diff are out of my previous DD. Put 30k miles on it w/ no issues.

PRICE DROP: $120 OBO picked up in the Hartford area. Got the parts pulled. I found that 2 of 4 diff mounts on the subframe cracked/tore and need to be welded. VERY VERY easy fix for anyone with a welder. Also the drivers sway bar mount tore off and will need be welded. These three locations will be about 12" of weld to repair. Rear calipers are good, rotors are usable, pads were SHOT and went in the garbage. Trailing arms not bent.

Perfect for your E30 5 lug swap. I am parting my TI and am looking to sell the complete rear subframe w/ brakes, ebrake cables, etc. Will include a TI 4.10 EDIT: Diff is a 4.44, will sell for $30 ($45 separately). I may need the CV's/one of them once I swap diffs around to the new car, so I am willing to negotiate on price vs what you want to buy. Getting my new build up-and-running is the priority, then selling off parts is next. I have everything pulled. Will be keeping one spare axle shaft/cv setup. Will sell the other. Also have another CV axle with a larger flange than the TI.

Stock TI front brakes/hubs/calipers for a 5 lug front swap will be available in the future as well, going to ask $85 for that setup. Will do a package deal for both. I think these are off the table, probably going to sell the M3 front brake setup instead.

I can send pics, but here's why it's cheaper than normal (from my quick internet search on pricing):
    1. The drivers-side (iirc) sway bar mount on the trailing arm broke off. VERY easy weld, I just didn't get it hot enough when I welded it since the brake line is close and I didn't want to boil the fluid. With it off the car, no issue. Its simply a triangular shaped piece of metal, still have the piece.
    2. One of the mounts where the diff bolts to the subframe has rusted/torn, and the hole is larger than normal. For now I made up a large 'washer' to hold the diff, but with it out of the car I would just weld in a new section. Again, very easy access.

I do not have pulled these parts yet, but will in the next couple weeks. Make me an offer, I don't want to be holding on to this big stuff.

    Parts guaranteed to be included
    170k 95 TI Base
    (1) rear subframe assy. (needs welding/easy repair)
    (1) Non-bent Left Trailing arm Assembly
    (1) Non-bent Right Trailing arm assembly
    (1) Set of Rear shoes and Pads. Usable, not new EDIT : pads were shot, went in the garbage
    (1) Set of Rear Rotors, Usable but not new
    (1) Set of Rear Calipers
    *E Brake Cables
*Rear brake hoses/lines that attach to the calipers
    * Factory TI sway bar if you want it.

Plus whatever else you can use that I don't need for the new build and am not currently selling.

Pickup only 10min south of Hartford. I can get you pictures of the subframe where it needs repair, email me at budget1976 at yahoo . com (eliminate spaces, etc.)

Would you just sell the calipers? How much shipped to 32940?
