I'm selling the S52 droupout out of my '97 M3 sedan. I purchased the car from the original owner with 78k miles on it 6 years ago, and it now has 121k. I know EVERY bit of service history and it was METICULOUSLY maintained in both our possessions. Fluids religiously changed, preventative maintenance taken care of, EXTREMELY clean... Here are the specs!
S52 Engine, 205psi compression across board, 2-3% leakdown, VERY healthy, no leaks or oil consumption.
-New OEM BMW waterpump
-New oil separator/CCV setup
-New Wahler thermostat with aluminum housing
-New OEM BMW power steering pump
-New Bosch starter
-All new coolant hoses
-New OEM BMW fan clutch
-New VANOS oil line
-New power steering hoses and reservoir
-Rebuilt VANOS unit
-New valve cover gasket
-New O2 sensors
-Secondary air pump simulator
-M50 intake manifold using the billet Eurosport conversion piece which isn't in production anymore, VERY nice piece
-Modified M50 fuel rail cover
-New cam sensor
-New rear main seal
-Vorshlag engine mounts
Transmission
-New input, output and shift selector seals
-New shift pins
-New shift detents
-New shifter coupler
-New Guibo
-Redline MTL fluid
-Sachs HD clutch kit, less than 10k miles
-Vorshlag transmission mounts
-Rogue Engineering short shifter
ALL accessories are included (wiring harness, alternator, P/S pump. A/C compressor, coils, AFM, starter, driveshaft, etc), as well as hoses, lines, DME, etc... basically everything to change an E36 over to M3 specs. ONLY reason I'm selling is the car is getting a built LS3 swap, and I need money to finish it. I can take any other pictures upon request. I'm asking $3200 for it all. WELL over that that invested, and for as well taken care of as this engine, it's a steal.
Will ship anywhere at buyer's expense.
