FS: New Z3M Rubber Differential Mount Bushing pt#33172228425

Selling a brand new Genuine BMW Rubber Differential Mount Bushing which came from a Z3M finned differential cover. I purchased it Brand new from VACmotorsports. I pressed the rubber bushing out and used a solid diff mount from Turners instead. The Rubber Diff Mount bushing price has gone up. I'm only looking to get $110 shipped

This is just the stock rubber diff mount? Isn't it available from Blunt for $30?

Yes it is a stock rubber diff mount. From what you showed me, blunt is selling an after market bushing. The one I'm selling is a genuine BMW. Southatlanta had them for over $200. ECStuning is at over $150. VACmotorsport at $140. It even goes over $200 on eBay..... I think $100-$110 shipped is a fair price...

Differential bushing. Worn bushings cause driveline vibration or clunking noise and accelerate differential and driveshaft wear.

Are you using solid engine and transmission mounts OP? If so I HIGHLY suggest using the stock rubber rear. The amount of noise using all solid is intense haha. I got sick of mine, I have everything solid in my e30, the rubber rear made a difference.

Using the rubber rear soaks up a lot of that feedback. And this is a great price on the bushing, they really do cost that much. I think there was a thread for the finned cover and someone posted the cost of the bushing that came with it. Prices are correct and this is a good price for a brand new one.

I'm using AKG's polyurethane motor mount since I dropped an S50. For the tranny mount, I'm using UUC's bushing kit and mount enforcers. My cousin has the same set up and I'm pretty happy with it. Hopefully it'll be the same with my car lol. But if this doesn't sell I can just use it later if I'm unhappy with the solid diff bushing. Thanks for the info!

FYI, the Z3M bushing does use more internal reinforcement, you can see the extra ridges set into the rubber. Was once a common upgrade without resorting to urethane.

Well noise is a given when switching to solid. But benefits with solid bushing is far greater when noise isn't a priority.
