This covers the major piecess/parts that are needed for a swap. There are some seals that should be replaced as well as some other little items. Plenty of write-ups on this type of thing that would be helpful- for more info look at Realoem for actual part numbers.
It's a good idea to replace everything you can "while you're in there" as you don't want to go back in a few months later :)
