FS: Rebuilt AiResearch Turbo

I got this turbo back when I was planning on turboing but I have since changed my mind and have been selling all of my turbo parts. This is one of the last few items I have to sell.

This is a rebuilt AiResearch Turbo with an AR rating of.82 there is no shaft play, it spins very freely. I will answer any questions that I can. I am asking $140 shipped

I'd have to check but the last I looked I still have a FPR and intercooler (blackstone)

AiResearch is Garrett, it's just before the names changed, really nice turbo.

yep, I just wanted to make sure so that any potential buyer would know that it is the same thing, so it is an awesome turbo for 140 bucks.

BMW2ner - was it a full rebuild???? they normally run $400 for the rebuild.

According to the guy I bought it from it was completly rebuilt, and I would trust my life to that guy. Are you saying I should ask more?

no i was just curious. 400 was if someone does it for you. you can rebuild a turbo your self for pretty cheap. atpturbo.com is everyones friend :D

do you know the A/R? by chance. is it a super 60 or a .48 might help out some people to know which one it is.

How do you like yours, does it spool well and everthing?

mines still on the shelf...It should spool pretty good. I am hoping that I will have full boost at about 3k. I think the t3 is gonna be a great size for the m42. Someone should pick this thing up.
