Front valance is actually an early model style thus the 2 tow hook holes and early style fogs.

Rear valance IS AC Schnitzer.
There is a AC Schnitzer logo in it, even though the paint almost has filled it out.
It is an early model rear valance.
I have the late model to, and there's a difference in design om early and late model.
