ETA DME with performance chip installed: $60 Shipped

Pulled from my eta, so its green label. Perfect for someone who wants to chip their car but dont want to take apart their computer. Was installed by the PO who was an audi technician. Made noticeably more power then any other eta I drove. Redline is confirmed to be around 5,500. $60 Shipped.

Heres all the info I have on it. This is from the email from the owner when the guy i bought from purchased the car with it installed.

    Quote:
I installed a RacingPros DME performance chip (91 octane min required, i always run 93 because it's usually opnly a penny more then 91), stock chip is available as well but the car runs so much better with the performance chip, these cars make a good amount of torque before 3000rpm, with the chip the torque continues above 3000 all the way to 5500rpm and the gas mileage improved significantly....25mpg combined, 27mpg highway, 23-24mpg city according to the trip computer

Rebuilt 885 head and all "i" electronics were swapped into car this week to make a 2.7i motor. I have a box full of 90,000 mile ETA parts now that I need to get rid of.

cool man.. did you like the way it ran? have a video maybe? Also with the electronics swap into your eta did you have to splice any wires? what year was the donor 'i' car?

I ran beautifully! I have an 86 325es with a 3.25 lsd and the chip really woke the engine up. Lotss of torque through all gears even passing on highway speeds with the combo. As far as the 2.7i swap, I will have it finished up Thursday and I did not have to splice any wires... I had an entire "i" harness to match all the parts i used from a donor 88 325is.
