from what i understand this is a pretty rare spoiler. i haven't actually seen one before this, but it's very cool looking. i'd keep it if i had a coupe but i'm not crazy about the look on my convertible. it mounts the same way the is spoiler mounts with the screws. the PO had it epoxyd on but i'll do my best to clean it off. if you wanted to, you could mount it that way and not drill holes. it's up to you!
condition is good to fair. there's a small rip in it which i'm pointing to. that piece is attached. it's not fallen off. a little filler would make it perfect if you wanted to paint it black after. it's actually pretty hard to notice as you can see in the picture showing the entire spoiler.
