BMW m20 carburated intake manifold and 4 barrel carb

I have a very rare BMW m20[COLOR=Black] intake manifold from a late 70's euro 7 series. Comes with a sollex 4 barrel carb. People commonly use this to machine an adapter to run a holly 4 barrel. Price is $200 for everything pictured.

here is an example of someone who has done it

Huh, I've thought about something like this. Probably have to go with an aftermarket ignition, then throw the ECU in the garbage and no more rev limiter! Your picture of someone who did it didn't come through on the post, like to see it.

link fixed. the carburated m20's also had a mechanical distributor that was located on the drivers side of the engine and driven off the oil pump gear. There is a round plug on the drivers side of an m20 about 4 inches from the front of the motor. You just pull out that plug and the distributor drops right in. I do have the distributor that I can include for free but the cap is broken and the mechanical advance has been welded closed. You could still use it to drive a programable ignition, or just find another one.

This is whats going in that car in the video next.
Runs off that distributor system OP is talking about and an MSD 6AL.

I'll see if my pops wants another manifold.

Well that is going in an e21 but it does clear that hood. We never had it in an e30 to see.

Would you sell the manifold solo?
