Depends. I have a cat-back with a bad muffler, and I bought an e36 325i muffler on ebay for 30 shipped. If the muffler will fit, I'll have a shop weld it to the cat back I have in place of the bad muffler. If not, I'll most likely need yours :)

The head was rebuilt when the PO had it, not sure of when(id guess lss then 30k) but i can check through the records I know it in there. BUT, I believe it has a bad head gasket as I found coolant in the oil after a over heating. I'd be willing to sell it cheap but cant garentee it.
