I do have the title its salvage. Timing chain slipped and damaged the head. I debating on fixing it up but need some $$$. Frame is straight nothing wrong with it. Rust free Cali Car.

You should def rebuild it. I wouldn't part it (besides the wiring cover in engine bay)...it's worth saving for sure.
