How many bolts are on the back of the driveshaft? Every 95 m3 I have seen has the 6 bolt cv style driveshaft, also the rear diff does not fit e30s.
A short list of stuff you may or may not need to get this into an e30 would be:
E34 throttle cable
Booster/booster modification
Harness adapter
Custom exhaust
Possibly a driveshaft depending on what is provided.

Anybody doing this swap will know these things. Otherwise, they probably deserve the surprise for being stupid and not doing their research. The front half of the 6-bolt driveshaft will work, they'd just need to find a 4 bolt rear half and have it balanced.
