Could it be set up so that the one touch for the drivers side also activates the one touch for the passenger side?

I've already consider that. It's not ideal. A better solution is to use a keyless/alarm to roll all windows down on an "aux" channel. And also raise them all up when you lock the car. And that's exactly what this unit does.
