S52OBD1 Swap COMPLETE! Trans, diff, DS, everything!

I have a complete swap, ready to drop into an E30 (it is running and driving well in one right now). Cars plans changed and its going back to stock. Rare opportunity to buy a well sorted, TURN-KEY swap!
This is a '98 M3 S52 motor with S50 intake manifold, S50 wiring harness, red 413 ECU with AA swap chip tuned for and included with 3.5" MAF with upgraded injectors (24lb I think).
    Underdrive pulleys
    Flywheel/clutch has 3k miles
Mishimoto radiator with samco silicone radiator hoses
    Electric fan on radiator
E36 A/C compressor with custom hoses running R134a
    E34 oil pan
    E30 M3 firewall covers
    ZF 5spd M3 gearbox
E36 Driveshaft in perfect condition with late model center bearing
    3.25LSD differential
S52 tublar exhaust manifolds with air ports welded and black ceramic coating
S52 catalytic converters modded to run back to a stock E30 muffler (not provided)

This is a complete, turn-key swap as it will come from a running E30. No leaks. Engine has a new valve cover gasket and is fully tuned up and ready to RIP. this swap makes great power and is smooth. No vanos rattle, it is in great shape.

Now for the price... I need $4,500 for this complete setup. You will not need any other parts to make this work in your car. I will include the brake booster and throttle cable needed to function as well as the complete intake system attached. I can also install this for $2500,

OR a discounted price of $1500 if I keep your entire good running stock M20B25 (late model 88-90 only) with engine/trans/driveshaft/diff/exhuast/brake booster/throttle cable... Basically all the parts you are buying I will need to make this other car stock again.

Available in Auburn, CA. Let me know if your interested. Drive in your E30 and drive out with S52 professionally installed by a shop for just $6k.

why not just sell the car as is, or trade it for a stock e30 + the cash your asking? I'll trade you mine for yours! :)

I will try that but the cars title is in limbo since it was registered but not smogged so it has only a bill of sale. It's an incredible car... 3pc custom wheels, ground control suspension, alcantara sport interior, perfect lachssilber paintjob. Totally dope...

So it basicly needs to be smogged and transfer of title.

Easier said than done... It needs a full stock drivetrain OR mods to make it OBD2 compliant. I'm gonna do what I have to do to get it sold smog-able ASAP.

only if you were in LA! I'd imagine flying up there, renting a uhaul, and driving down here would be too expensive

what would I be looking @ $$ wise to get it to OBD2 Compliant to be ref'd and smogable? Curious as I remember having a long conversation with you about doing this swap into my 4 door, but maybe it would easier to potentially trade e30's (permitting you would) and just put an agreeable amount of cash on top for yours as well as what is needed to make it BARable.

I'm local too, and my e30 is clean titled and running w/no major issues. PM me the info if you don't want to be disclosing all these costs. ;)

                    LMK Ry!

I can't say for sure what it would take to make the car OBD2 compliant. I have never done it.
My shop is so busy with other work and we are moving, I just don't have the time to handle this added stress.
I will sell the car as-is with only a bill of sale and a failed CA BAR inspection report stating the required repairs to make it smog for $14k. If I don't get this much then I'm parting out all the goodies on this car and putting a stock engine in it and getting it signed off like that and sold.
Anyone want a sweet racecar? or out of state that doesn't need a smog (do those even exist anymore?)....

Shaved door locks, badass paintjob (was over $9k, its as nice as my M3), Euro bumper trim, euro headlights with HID in headlight and fogs, euro grills, brand new M-Tech1 spoiler painted to match, 3pc Fikse wheels, GC coilovers with new brakes and stainless lines, custom rear subframe with camber/toe eccentric kit (e39 bolt style), AKG mounts in rear, treehouse racing CAB's, E36 M3 steering rack, fully functional R134a A/C system, Alpine CD player, Momo champion steering wheel, BMW performance shift knob weighted, custom Alcantara seats (rear are brand new from 1mo ago, never sat in with headrests and arm rest- rare!!), short shift kit, new clutch/flywheel, Stromung stainless exhuast with larger inlet pipes to match S52 (custom made for this car) the list just goes on and on and on. You can't build a car this nice for under $20k if you did all the work yourself and paid for paint.
Clean title, roughly 211k miles on the car. No title, bill of sale only.
